The property I was selling had been neglected for years and needed a lot of repair and updating. I initially tried selling it myself to several of the various investors that advertise, "We buy any home." Before accepting one of their offers I decided to contact Radke Real Estate to see if they could do better. I'm so glad I did!

Dawn and her team moved quickly and worked hard to get the property in front of the right potential buyers. They made the process nearly effortless for me, and we got a sale done very quickly. In the end they got me A LOT MORE for the property than any of the investors were offering. We received several good offers and decided on one that actually was above our listing price. Those offers were a direct result of the Radke team's marketing expertise.

On a more personal note, I have to say that Dawn is a real pleasure to work with. On our first meeting it was clear that she loves people as well as the real estate business, and her passion is contagious. The property in question had become a burden for me and I really didn't want to be dealing with it, but her confidence and optimism actually had me enjoying the process.

In any field of endeavor there are craftsmen and there are hacks. The hack may get the job done, but without enthusiasm and the results generally are only adequate at best. On the other hand, the craftsman enjoys what they do and takes pride in their results. Guided by their passion they hone their skills and increase their knowledge with every new project.
